Empty Backpack Message?

Is there an option or way to disable the "empty the backpack" tooltip that follows you around all the time?

Just empty your backpack once and it should not appear again.

Ever? I'm pretty sure I've done that but I will definitely give it a shot.

Ever, on that particular save file. So if you start playing on a new save, the prompt will (should) show up again.
