I made a custom chart to help me play routes when I figure out what kind of build I run, link is to google docs. The small boxes with BSC in them mean that route is blocked on lower difficulties.

Sorry but I found a mistake within the first 10 seconds: the cavern also leads to the Mausoleum. Didn't bother checking everything else.
