What levels ave the ability runes?

i have the vine and tele runes already, wondering where the others are or if getting close to them at all

The stomp rune is in the map you can access with teleport from the second map (the one where you got the vine rune) and the spider rune is from further in the sewers route (with the stomp rune).

This guide is a bit old so it doesn't have the new zones but it has a lot of informations especially for the runes:
