Quick Speed Buff Question
I'm coming back here after not playing for a long time, and there's a lot of new and awesome stuff. I still have everything, but I was wondering what the speed buff I randomly get is? I've gotten the vine maker thing and the coffin teleport thing, but not whatever the red symbol on the ground item is. Thanks

You get it by killing stuff quickly in succession. It basically saves time on the clock, so Timed Doors are easier. As long as you kill something every couple of seconds, buff will refresh.
