The Rise of the Giant - Accessing content

Quick question, how do I access the DLC area, I had already beaten the game several times, I enter the lava room but can past beyond that, are there any actions required to access this other than beating the game?

I figured it out myself, so I'll pass it along. You need to use the Homunculus Rune to shoot your goop-head across the gap and cling-climb up to the switch to unlock the door. This lets you get to the key, which you need to take to the graveyard, which you can get to now from the crypt, but you'll need the spider rune from slumbering sanctuary to get to graveyard.

Following that, once you use the key in the graveyard area, you don't have to get the key again in future runs.

Thanks man, I totally forgot about this ability, I rarely use it, just when I beat the game all over again and is not like I do it every single run.

I can not enter the cave. asks me for the dlc, but the game is updated

The same happened to me, I exit the game went to DLC store page and "Installed" it (it was already instelled), the game simply launched again, entered my save file again and it worked, no issues what so ever after that, may be you can try that, if the issue persists.

thanks for this. It is odd to have little direction from there. Like, i got a key... but where to put it? Lol. Some hints would have been cool cuz i'm like -- maybe I need to get all the way to the castle again and it is a door somewhere at the end??? Hehe.

Cavern entrance is in the graveyard.

try jump in the air when your head reach the max distance, it may works
