Cannot Get Alucard Outfit - It's Now Impossible After Beating Dracula

I got the Richter Outfit by rescuing him before the final fight but for the Alucard Outfit the game just never gave it to me.

Apparently it was supposed to be given when I talked to Alucard and Richter outside Dracula's room but it only gave me the Richter Outfit and now Alucard doesn't appear anymore so now it's impossible to get.

I now have every outfit in the game except for the Alucard one which shouldn't be possible since you get it before you face Dracula and get his outfit(s).

I checked other forums such as on Reddit and apparently other people have had the same issue. Though some think it's a bug that occurs if you have Assist Mode on I don't think that's it as I didn't have it on when I did the DLC for the first time.

The easiest fix would be to just check if someone has beaten Dracula and then give the outfit if they have.

I'm working on a second save now bc the game didn't give me the alucard outfit either.

Annoyingly I DID get the outfit initially, but didn't notice that my Steam Deck inadvertently overwrote my cloud save and on the subsequent run I did not get it, now apparently out of reach

I have the same trouble. No matter what I do, Alucard and Richter doesn't show up before the final battle. So I can't get the Alucard Outfit.
