Flawless Dracula Outfit

Not sure if this has happened before but I can't find it in the forum. I defeated Dracula's final form flawless and received the achievement in Steam. This was done on 0BC with no aspects active. When I get to the collector between zones, there are no blueprints to unlock. The door to leave the collector also acts as though I have a blueprint to unlock (need to break it to proceed). I read an older thread (similar problem with Death) that said beating him again should unlock the outfit. I'm creating a new post because I beat him again (flawless) and it still hasn't unlocked the costume blueprint at the collector between zones so whatever solved that previous issue isn't working for me.

Hello, it might sound strange but:

Dracula - final form is kind of bugged, when it comes to the blueprints. I've managed to get outfit blueprints (including flawless) from him through boss rush, which shouldn't be even possible in the first place, but yeah... It worked for me that way.
