Lacking the short stun on parry in my opinion would make these shields a bit less effective vs enemies with multiple hit combos - ex. Time Keeper boss, Cannibals, Slashers, Lancers. Not saying these two shields should be changed - just my opinion on their usefulness.
Blood shield does not have stun at parry, I felt it on my skin from Cannibal combo :)
So it seems like the Punishment shield is the only one without a parry stun? Still not sure if that's intended if all other parry-capable shields have the short parry-stun (w/ KO Shield having the extended parry stun).
I know it's a minor thing to keep going on about - just seems odd.
Without stun, it doesn't turn off their frontal immunity.
But it gives better practice at parrying than other shields, because you dont have to wait trough stun.
