PAKTool "The given path's format is not supported."
I'm trying to create a diff pak using the PAKTool, but doing so gives the following error:

Launching PAKTool v1.7.0 action: CREATEDIFFPAK The given path's format is not supported. at System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission.EmulateFileIOPermissionChecks(String fullPath) at System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission.QuickDemand(FileIOPermissionAccess access, String fullPath, Boolean checkForDupli cates, Boolean needFullPath) at System.IO.File.InternalCopy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName, Boolean overwrite, Boolean checkHost) at System.IO.File.Copy(String sourceFileName, String destFileName) at PAKTool.PAKTool.BuildDiffPAK(String _referencePAK, String _inputDir, String _diffPAKPath) at PAKTool.Program.Main(String[] args)

I'm running the command as follows:

G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead Cells\ModTools> .\PAKTool.exe -CreateDiffPak -indir .\expandedpak -refpak .\res.pak -outpak .\diff.pak

Running Powershell of CMD as Administrator doesn't help either.
The Collapse command does work.

This is on Windows 10 Home, update 1903
