Moonstone Amulet

Saw the Moonstone Amulet in the shop, the only description it has though is "Poison enemies that hurt you." Am I being silly or is that really all it's supposed to say?

I found it again in the next shop, it explained what it does (damage you take is also taken for enemies near you) and says "Poison enemies that hurt you." under it aswell, but in a different colour and where its placed it doesn't seem like it belongs there.
