Is update 35 still on its way?

I liked this game pretty much, and I have been waiting for the final update since last year. Now I am losing my patient, is the update 35 which the final update coming out? When? If no, where is the official statement?

We have no release date, but it’s still coming eventually. Probably before Windblown releases so soon.

I don’t look at it that way. Maybe it was a little much, but their goal wasn’t to kill one of the best games ever made.
