how to get commando outfit?

there are two shadow imps will spawn on random,I put my skill and try to kil they,I can just kill one of them,another
will run away and i can’t kill them at the same time,i try to freeze them,but they never spawn at the same side!they always spawn on the contrary side, is there any way to kill them easiser? I tried more than ten times🤬🤬

Just gotta have a broken weapon. I managed to kill them and win a run, and I just got this game. It's not cuz I'm any good though, it's because I got an insane weapon that dashes through the enemies and then follows with a 2 hit combo that always crits. It made my run so easy, literally just button mashed every boss and won. The little dash through stunned both of them right as they spawned and I just murdered em both immediately.
