Although I haven't tried only accessing endgame CV after Timekeeper, every run that I've played with CV dlc, I've run through both the first area accessed via prisoner's quarters, as well as the second, accessed after Timekeeper, in the same run.
"Here, have this new content, but we will force you to play the old content (that you have most likely played to death n+1 times already) twice as much in order to actually access all of it".
Just BS and fake longevity. I have paid for the DLC (and I'm happy to have done so, because it's great fun, especially with new music) because I want to play the DLC, not because I want to play *all the other* stuff. If somebody wants to do just that - cool, let them choose their own path just like before. Why on Earth would you *force* players to choose between one part of the DLC or the other?
I'm really, really surprised for otherwise great devs to have dropped the ball this hard just now. Shame.
