Stuck in Castle

Hello, I'm in dracula's castle and the only way forward appears to be a vertical jump I can't make, am I missing something? I have the whole map uncovered so I know that's the only exit.

Do you have the Spider Rune? Looks like you can jump to that left wall and climb up.

i remember this, i think you need the spider rune. if you dont know where it is, it is in the slumbering sanctuary, which you can only get too from mama tick(if you have the bad seed) or conjunctivitis

Sorry to hear about your run. There are multiple area's in this DLC that need runes to complete. Ram, Spider, Vine, and Teleportation are all 100% necessary to finish both biomes. If you ever find yourself stuck like this my only advice is to find an amulet that has 2-3 extra jumps on it, but you'd likely still need Spider to catch the ledge.

Another option is to install this from the workshop below and then enable mods within the game to activate it...

You should still be able to continue with your progress this way.

you need to play the base game for a few hours first, otherwise you will not be able to get anywhere really. skip the dlc until you finished the base game at least once i would say. depending on how good you are, it might take you 10+ hrs to get all runes and some needed upgrades (4x healing flask for example). the new dlc is harder than the rest of the game imho. so better get used to the controls in the base game.

edit: you better get used to restart over and over. dying and failing is part of the game. if you don't like that idea, this might not be a game for you. you will die even with good stuff in a good run, one error can be enough.

Yeah, unfortunately I have learned that if you don't have all the Runes, you MAY run into a run in this DLC where you can't progress. This happened to me a few times so I gave up and got the Runes before I returned to it.
