First, it won't matter if is you using 0bc or not. The boss fights seem the same to me, and with fewer bc's you have fewer opportunities to get the gear you want and less coin to roll the mod on said gear.
Second, are you having trouble with the journey up or the arena fights? Traveling up I find busting through few wooden columns and using them to go vertical tends to help me get up with no hits. If its the arena, then it will depend on your gear and mutations.
I can almost clear without taken damage with a ranger's gear.
For this fight, I tend to like armadillopack (something I always use), barbed tips, and networking. I use a colorless shield or parry shield in backpack, and often carry a hokuto's bow and another ranged weapon with poison or bleed. Letting DoT and networking do most of the damage, I focusing on dodging. Cool trick with networking is that doors count as enemies so this isn't a wasted mutation on most boss fights.
