Can't climb...?

I started up a new file today after taking a nice, long break but I've immediately run into a problem... I went in, killed a couple of generic enemies... and then got stuck immediately because my character refuses to climb the first big chain in the room for some reason. Was there some sort of input change for that, or what?

Reset your controls to default, known bug.

That appears to have done the trick. Thank you!

On looking closer, it appears that the game somehow started my climbing controls mapped to the D-Pad instead of the left stick...? Also it properly displayed the controls for climbing down the chains during the tutorial run, but not the controls for climbing up them (which was the situation I ran into first). Seems a little bit wonky, and not exactly convenient to have mapped to a clunky D-Pad.

At the very least, resetting to default somehow fixed it.
