Does anyone know exactly how to get all the new outfits? I know you need to specific things with each new item, but can't figure out what each needs

Hyper light drifter:
Use drifter Outfit and equip the corresponding Hyper light drifter weapon

Hollow knight:
Get 7 (I think) bounces with the needle without touching the ground (did it on Concierge)

Blasphemous:
Use the head flask at 5 or less HP

All I got so far.

The curse of the dead gods one suggests that you need to beat a challenge rift without getting Hit by traps but couldn't verify that yet. Could also refer to fractured shrines and its traps, actually

Guacamalee one I can't figure out. Talks about killing Lots of undead bare handed (and footed) so maybe hayabusa weapons or no weapons at all and just use the egg to kill a bunch of Zombies?

Skul one mentions the tomb of a foreign boy so maybe something like a lore room in the graveyard biome? I also thought it's something about mushroom boi maybe, though in that case they would've spelled it with an i to begin with I think.

I just got the Guacamelee outfit randomly I thought but after reading your post I was using the Hayabuse gauntlets and mowing down a big pack of enemies.

Killed over 100 and nothing.

Specific enemies, specific amount of enemies in a specific timeframe or a specific costume is needed propably.

the hollow knight one also works by bouncing with the needle on spike traps, I think I unlocked the outfit on the 7th or 10th bounce

CotDG = complete a run without taking any trap damage

Guacamelee = Hit a Corpulent Zombie with a fist or foot weapon

Skul = Ground-pound the new structure in the top area of Graveyard

Skul: its not the new structure at the top. its a tombstone

Guacamelee = Hit a Corpulent Zombie with a fist or foot weapon can be easily done in the training area, just spawn the zombie u need and kick it once.
