If I have 5 boss cells, do I care about aspects disabling them?

The only thing that could still matter for you are the flawless achievements (aspects also disable achievements for beating a boss without getting hit). But if that is not a concern - no, you don't care. Knock yourself out with some goofy overpowered runs.
