The Concierge is pretty much designed to seem hard at first, but then become a complete pushover once you know how to handle him. Wings of Crow isn't the only item that lets you kill him easily with almost no risk, it's just the most odd-looking one since he can't fight back.
Was on 3bc.
It's disappointing that the one item that is stupidly fun to use is broken on boss. But luckily, it's choice to use it. One out of the insane amount of weapons/abilities isn't bad, but it is fixable. I was expecting the hand of the king to be able to hit me, but I mean, let me show you.

If I would of had point blank on (Which I assume works cause the whip counts as ranged.) the damage would of been higher. Not the best run and I wasn't expecting to win, but meh, this victory felt bad.
