Stuck at Clock Tower

I got the key but couldn't find the door that led to the next level. I don't know if it's because I couldn't find the door or the level itself wasn't playable.

P/s: The door next to the portal I was at was just to pick up a blueprint.

There's an unexplored area you didn't uncover. Look closely. It's to the right of the second teleporter (technically third because the first one is not shown on the map and is located on the top left) on the left side. It's the vertical tower right above the locked door where you are nearby, just keep going up.
