No, it's been patched. I still think it's an oversight by the devs.
But you can play an older version of the game and try it out yourself.

Just tested it a few seconds ago. You can still dual/triple/quadruple bind if you have the correct weapon combinations.

Options > Keyboard/mouse > bind Primary Weapon and Secondary Weapon to the same button.
