Favorite weapons and skills in the game so far

Mine has got to be the Hayabusa Boots or the Fire Brands. Fire Brands is just a potent weapon giving ranged and a status without having an ammo system of other ranged weapons. Hayabusa Boots because they are the perfect bat killers, they're fast, have stupid long delay in their combo so you can kick, jump, kick in the air, land, kick, AOE KNOCK BACK AND STUN.

As for favorite skill Grappling hook or Phaser at the moment. Both make any build work better. Though I do give an honorable mention to Magnet bomb or bear trap+meat grinder combo that has served me well many times.

I would say any shield, Wrenching whip, Impaler and the Shovel for weapons buts it's hard to choose. I like all weapons except Broadsword and the Nutcracker (too slow for my taste). Special mention to Fire Brand wich I tend to don't take anymore because it's too good, especially if you get it with double "fire an arrow" affixes, stupidly good.
For skills hands down Icenade and Ivynade for that big trivializing CC, quite like the Phaser and Grappling hook myself.

Shovel probably brings the most unadulterated joy. Shovel sounds are the best.

I love to play with the Assassin's Dagger combined with a Phaser. With that, I'm confident to take all Cursed Chests too.
Really dig the Impaler + Assault Shield combo as well. I can just mash the enemies to the nearest wall, and start critting them to death.

I do like to burst a Knife Storm from up close to the enemy's face + it can have great bonuses like piercing projectiles and bleeding nearby enemies upon the target's death. Would love to use a Sadist Dagger with it if only I would be fortunate enough to finally recieve it from the game. So far, no luck. My goal is to go with the ultimate Bleed Build with either a Blood Sword or a Sadist Dagger (latter would be better), Bleed Shield (also something I'm desperate to find but without success), Knife Storm + Meat Grinder. Hopefully with most items featuring something like +X% damage on bleeding targets in addition.
