so, how to use backpack ?

1. can save items (while 2 hand item)
2. can change item between inventory--backpack

then, how to change items?

You have to get another gear and replace the two-handed gear you're using

When you have a two-handed weapon and you go pick up something else, you get the menu where you pick the slot. On that you can scroll to the side to another screen where your empty backpack should be. I'm honestly not sure you can switch at will (haven't tried it though), but when you pick up something one-handed to replace a two-handed weapon the empty slot is automatically filled from the backpack.

i dont get a menu, my single hand items simply get dropped when i pickup a crossbow. very frustrating.....

Yes. Pick the single hand item again, and scroll to the right to get the option to stash the item in your backpack.

arceus03 or anybody, can u help me? The last time I played dead cells there was no backpack and I can not understand how to use it at all. I can't scroll anything, as u wrote to do. Can u describe more precisely, please? Or maybe send some screenshots? I'd be very grateful !!!

you unlocked it already?
there are pretty good mutations that make weapons/shields in the backpack "work" for you. e.g. parrying when you have a shield (also bouncing off enemy projectiles/bombs..).
when you find a new weapon/shield, you can switch it.
