After that when you spawn in the prisoner's quarters, check the big tube at the beginning and cycle through it to the next highest difficulty boss cell. Now do the whole game again, rinse and repeat.
Yeah, I've got three boss cells from when I played before, but after starting on a higher difficulty and having trouble I figured I'd better go back to 0 boss cells and remind myself how to play. Zero boss cells is really easy once I stopped opening every cursed chest I found, so maybe I can go back up again to two boss cells or something now. I want to experience some of the new content. I understand there are a bunch of new areas and bosses since the last time I played.
Most people end up hitting a wall on 1BC, then 2 or 3, then 4. LOL. So there's plenty of time to keep practicing and learning the enemies better.
There are likely a couple new bosses at least: 2 in the Giant DLC, 1 extra in the Bad Seed (if you bought it). And, of course, new weapons. There's a whole lot to play with. :)
