Pact with the Devil.

I'm trying to get the new achievements but I don't have a clue how to get the Pact With the Devil achievement. What do I have to do to get it? I know I probably have to use the Mushroom Boi! like the other two achievements with it.

Bound for Hell - Finish the game (run) with MushBoi equipped on Hell diff. (5bsc)?
Pact with the devil - Kill the final last boss (5bsc obviously) / or new DLC boss with the MushBoi equipped?

But I might be 100% wrong. Does someone have some info? I'm interested myself. Some added achievements, are just old one, which has never been added in to the actual game, but some are stricte Bad Seed DLC...
