At least one of his attacks (a single hit followed by a ground slam) is almoust instant and very hard to react.
He is not hard at 0BC, but doing him hitless w/o a specific setup is very difficult IMO.

And whatever I have no idea why this achievement has so small completon precentage, espacially comparing with "beat the game with 4 BC on".
Nvidia Shadowplay
6/10 post. Needs more wolf trap. Pair it with that beauty poison inducing knife dance in Ray's vid. Laugh as you reroll your cursed sword for +100% dmg to poison and/or 60% to bleeding to go along with like +50% at max HP or something.
Anyway why I was I posting I forget. Ah yes bear in mind that until about Christmas I like To Live Dangerously was a much harder achievement to get, and the overwhelming consensus is that a 4BC win was substantially easier than it currently is. In 1.0 the damage cap in the HotK fight is at 5% and health is higher. Moreover, without custom mode you might put together a great run and just never find a cursed sword when you want one... or maybe you find a weaker one earlier on in the game and have to finish the run completely hitless. Or, you get a nice cursed sword right when you want it but not everything else you need for your perfect setup you're trying to cheese the hand with.
It just wasn't an achievement you were likely to get unless you went out of your way to try and do so and had a pinch of luck on your side on top of that. Even then... the tiniest mistake can restart your run. I do agree it's not very hard and I didn't find it hard myself but at the same time, the percentages make sense to me. They'd look differently I think if the game had been like 1.1 since the beginning.
Edit: I peeked your profile. How are you doing with the HK achievements? Embrace The Void I felt was harder than anything in Dead Cells. Seems you're a fan of Super Meat Boy as well. I tried that game out last night for the first time. The control especially in the air is really weird and floaty for me and I haven't gotten used to it yet, but I'll stick with it I guess because so many people like the game. Not going to lie I really wish I got Celeste instead.
I didn't say my build is the best against the final boss, it's just a build that worked for me. I am not a Dead Cells expert, of course there should be better builds to get this achievement.
As for HK question I spent like 70 hrs to beat Godmaster DLC and half of this time I spent to deal with the last pantheon. So yeah it's hard, but fair and doable with practice and patience.
And actually I am not a big fan of Super Meat Boy gameplay, I just love the characters, Doctor Fetus especially :D
