Disengagement blueprint

So i just have beaten HoTK and i got the new rune. People speculated before the release that with this rune you will be able to get disengagement blueprint( hidden in the starting area ). I can kinda see the way how you can approach it but i couldn't get it. Was someone able to get it? Or is it not doable?

i have it.
you need spider rune. you also need to beat hotk, btw,....to finish the game you must use the symmetrical lance x on the king figure sitting down. lance breaks his shield. credit roll. go into pipe. back to 1st level. jump to left wall. double jump to right wall where blueprints at. detach your head R3 button. climb in, get it. go back to body. reattach head to body. leave level.

now go to the blueprint guy and in my case i talked to him and no blueprint! like i lost it.!!!
it might have been a glitch i dont know. i detached my head in front of him, crawled a bit then reattached to my body, talked to him again and disengagement blueprint appeared. it produces shield around you for 6 seconds if life below 20% but cool down time to use again is 120 seconds. it takes 200 cells to unlock havent unlocked yet but my blueprint is in the right hands ....time t o start farming cells!!!
also, i cried when i killed the king lol
