Anyone experiencing the frame drops?

processor - i7-6700HQ
CPU @ 2.60GHz
Memory - 16g
Graphic card - GTX 1060

Since update, the frame of the game had randomly dropped that I can still play with it, but I can't really enjoy the game.

Does anyone have the same issue as mine?

xeon 5850 , gtx 1070 - game not drops framerate but just freezes sometime on 1-2 seconds

Guys, I found out the way to solve it out "temporary".
Whenever the frame rate is going down (mine drops to 40 fps), I alt+enter to get into the full screen mode and then if it happens again, I do the same way to exit the full screen mode, then the frame goes back to 60 for a while.
I don't know why but I think it helped me out to play.

I finally solved the issue by using Nvidia Inspector, and limiting the frame rate to 60fps. Now it seems to be smooth everywhere.

Download Nvidia Inspector, run it, click the dropdown menu of games at the top of the window, and find "Dead cells" (add the binary manually with the corresponding tool icon if it's not present in the list). Then locate the fps limiter option in the settings and select the value closest to 60 fps. Click apply, and see if it makes a difference.

So, I found a way to get the game to run without all the performance issues I was having (frame rate drops, slowdown, etc.). I just chose the option "Play Dead Cells (OpenGL - Legacy)" from the dialog box that pops-up up when you open the game. For whatever reason, I can play with absolutely no performance issues--just like I could in early access. There don't seem to be any graphical differences, either.

It would be great if the game ran normally on the intended setting, but this is fine for now. I hope this helps someone else!
