How does one get into this simple-looking secret?! - Promenade, Underground.

I see it. I get how I'm supposed to get to the button. It's right above the door. I can see the pathway with the leaf and all. I've wall-jumped, jumped, I've rolled against that hole at least 30 times and I give up. I - cannot - get - in - this - secret. Now I know it's just for a tiny gem. But it looks SO EASY - yet it is harder than any other secret I've faced against so far. Why is this hole so hard to roll into?

Is there some function in terms of rolling that I don't know about yet?

I haven't seen this one in Promenade, it's probably random, but I think I know how to get in there. You get a new ability to detach your head and control it at will once you defeat final boss so that's probably it.

Also if you see a gem in a secret place it's probably where a blueprint was that you've already collected, so nothing of value was lost on this run.

Yet I cannot remember EVER getting into a room like this o-o' ... Can a blueprint spawn in different random-loot rooms? Like... could I have gotten whatever that blueprint was from another randomly spawned room?

Some blueprints tend to be in any "secret" area for that zone, most of those that require a specific one always spawn that area (a few exceptions like the rampart's end exist).

You need the head detach rune from beating HOTK for this.

I have the head detach rune and I am on similar stuation, but the game doesn´t allow me to use the deataching...

I think I was cursed yep. I had to quit. I tried on other run to do the same and then yes, I did deatach without problem. They have to fix that situations

I saw something like this in the ancient sewers when I went down a hole in some bridge, but I couldn't get out because I didn't beat the hand yet nor did I have the spider rune so I got stuck and had to restart
