As for third phase tentacle's, you must keep in mind that every single time you kill one, once conjivitus enrages them, there will ALWAYS be 1 tentacle that comes from either the left or right side to do a charge attack on you and you can't roll through it (i havent seen if the tentacle charges has a pattern yet so might wanna check that) and thus you must always be prepared to jump over it every time you kill one of the tentacles.
As for the tentacles coming up from the ground, do NOT try to parry them, just run back and forth slightly since they will only pop up from the ground if they touch your feet. Hit them 2/3 times and then be prepared to move because chances are you will only get a coulple of hits off before the next tentacle that is still submerged gets underneath you.
You could also try using double crow feathers and see if it would be easer to do the third phase that way if you can get them before you get to him.
You could also try focusing purely on dodging and letting a turret or 2 that has poison/bleed/fire do the work for you. Just remeber that every time 1 tentacle dies, 1 of the last remaining tentacles WILL do that wave/charge move at you that you MUST jump over since it cant be dodged by just rolling on the ground.
Hope this helps somewhat. If you want practice on it you could also try out the boss rush mod and just take a hit on purpose so you dont unlock the acheiv while using it. or just use it to come up with a better strat. (make a seperate save if you do try the mod)
Having attacks with adjustable angles is another strong help in this fight: the Electric Whip, Throwing Knife, and Barnacle all have tracking attacks that can hit Glaucoma no matter where he is on the stage. This helps speed up his wandering phases tremendously.
Freezing blast (+100% damage with fire affix, bleed on thaw)
Hokuto's bow (+100% damage with fire affix)
Bear Trap (+100% damage with fire affix)
Flamethrower turret
Build type: tactics focused
Mutations: efficiency, support and tainted flask (optional but helps massively)
Difficulty: 0 cells is best
The strategy is simple: mark with her hokuto's bow, use a bear trap and wait for her to charge then roll out of the way so she goes into the trap (works best on the central platform). Now FREEZE her. Whip out the flamethrower turret, and use freezing blast over and over to damage her. She'll quickly go into her next phase.
Tentacles: note that on the first phase no tentacle will charge at you. Afterwards, every time a new phase starts a tentacle WILL charge you. Also whenever you kill a tentacle after the 1st phase, same occurs. Watch which side of the screen it goes thru, drop traps roll thru it and attack. Be patient with tentacles. Don't rush or you will get tagged. With conjuncitivius it's important to NOT give her the chance to use her projectile storm. But if you follow the setup here, and are using ++ or S equipment this should be a VERY fast fight. Remeber all that matters is how much damage you do here. Since 1 hit = attempt failed.
IF YOU GET HIT: do not reset if you are on PC. Pause the game, hit ctrl+alt+del to bring up task manager and end task the deadcells.exe. Reload your game and you will be back at the start of her stage to attempt a hitless run again. Or just to practice at her before you make your attempt. I have used this on her and it worked perfectly!
