1. sword(frantic sword as it scales with tactics and brutality)/bow (or boomerang/javelin, all work well with x2 Ammo mutation)
2. Shield (if youre using a sword mandatory for her hook grab, shurikens, dash attacks, and her normal attacks)
3. Turrets or any ranged deployable (if youre gonna go with turrets then use the heavy turret as it's the highest damaging turret in the game or you can use double cross-bow-matic works wonders with the sinew slicer.
4. A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of tactics scrolls.
Bonus: one tactic in 4bc (works well with 1bc if youre really having a tough time) is to get the alienation mutation and get as much curses as you can as it will heal you every time as well as reducing your curse count as well.
I can show you a video of a build that utilizes boomerangs and turrets against the Time Keeper (so yknow it works well with anything b4 it)
also OP (decided to show the example anyway :3):

To Quote from the wiki of the game itself:
Removing a curse requires you to kill 50% extra enemies. Each enemy you kill restores 5% HP
this may be outdated in which case you're right.
I'm guessing that Comrade Chadek is thinking of Acceptance, not Alienation.
but Accseptance must reach 3BC to unlock
so the boomerang is useless?
If you choose to go with the first option, I highly recommend mutations: Blind Faith, Counterattack, and Combo.
Replace Combo with Vengeance just before fighting HotK. You most likely won't need Vengeance for the prior bosses because they aren't as tough.
Invest most points into Brutality, a little over half of brutality into Survival (for example, 22 for brutality and 12 or 13 for survival), and a little bit (around 5 points) into Tactics for the major health boost. I would start putting points into Tactics around 3/4 of the run.
For the 2nd option, I recommend mutations: Hunter's Instinct, Support, and Ripper/Combo. If your range weapon doesn't use arrows, get Combo instead. Replace Combo with Vengeance for HotK boss fight.
Most points go into Tactics, a little over half of tactics go into Brutality, and around 6 points into Survival for the health boost.
