It's weird.
In any case, I don't have the patience or the sensitivity to pitch to determine what the right order to hit them is, so I'm glad this happened.
If it just wants to drop, why not? LOL.
Once I get my punishment blueprint, I just ignore the bells.
They stay open after solving a case, similar to the Flower Keys and the tower in Promenade, or the doors with the mutation in the Castle.
Flower keys and Moonflower keys are optional keys, therefore their doors now stay open.
edit: i was wrong. some doors that require an optional key do not stay open.
