Where do i find it? And also, how do i open the door with the mutation in the secret area?

You need the architect key to access the secret area with the mutation, so really you only have one thing to look for.

I suspected that, and where i get that key? I explored all the map. Don't tell me it's another obnoxious semi-invisible detail like that the third gardener key

It's hidden in a wall secret.

I can guarantee you that i have serached all around the map for secret paths, the is no secret path i haven't found. The only places i can't search are the doors with circles, that i know i need boss cells, that for some reason don't drop for me (guess that is still on the beta branch)

It is hidden in a wall rune secret. For me it was in the section in the underground area you unlock with the graveyard key.
