after watching the trailer, it looks like they transfer the player between two spots

Makes sense seeing that they always come in pairs and one is often in an area that is otherwise inaccessible. I'm guessing its an ability you get that isn't in the beta yet.

that is what i am guessing as well, as the vine rune seems to be the only one in the streamer beta

hey since you guys know things. how does unlockiong weapons work? I buy them and they unlock then and there and i get it once than thats it. I see them in the jars at the beginning of the game next time I die but I dont know how to get a hold of them anymore.

You need teleportation rune to use coffins. You can get it in Old Sewers after you defeat one of the elites.
