About minimum requirements
I think this game is great, buy my laptop is somewhat old (acer aspire 5742g, i-3 m380) and I don't think I meet the minimum requirements for this game. Games like hots, dead space 1, deus ex: human revolution or dishonored 1 work perfectly. Would I be able to play this game with this laptop? I didn't know this game had such requirements, but maybe it's my fault for thinking that a pixel art game should have low requirements.

I was thinking on downloading the game to see if it works before buying it, but I think it's better if I avoid that solution.

Thanks!

Well, you can get a refund on Steam games if you play less than 2 hours. I think it might be worth it. It's pixel-art and the game engine seems pretty optimized.

^ What sparrow said. If it doesn't work out you can ask steam for a refund under 2h of playing and 2 weeks no-questions-asked.

My laptop atm is semi-broken so my nvidia gpu is fully disabled. Still on my intel hd4000 im getting a steady 60 fps almost all-round. Can garantee that this game requires less than all the games you mentioned. Can recommend above comments

These are my computer specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon 5350 2.05 GHz
GPU: Radeon 8400 HD
RAM: 8 gb

This is letting me run Dead Cells at 25-40 frames per second depending on the level

@saddler93 and How it's works for you? I also have really old laptop (with Geforce 540M), that's why I'm asking.
