Well... the Graveyard achievement unlocks when you reach the Graveyard, it's just got the wrong text in it.
And funny thing is, "Fog Fjord" and "Stilt Village" are both wrong names for that area. It's named "Gué des Brumes", which roughly translates to "Misty Crossing".
As for Gué des Brumes being Misty Crossing, Fog Fjord is still a valid name imo.
Fog and Mist are synoynms, same goes with their french counterparts Brouillard/Brume. Which means its not inaccurate since it means the same thing.
A gué is a ford, which is basically a shallow spot in a river, meanwhile a fjord is a rather deep and narrow part of the sea.. So clearly they're different, but then you realize they're one letter apart and its probably where the problem arose.
Now if we look at the actual stage, I could EASILY see it as a fishing village, which are generally built near fjords because those are often breeding grounds for fishes.
I think Stilt Village would still be a better name for this map than Fog Fjord.
