Rapier won't drop

Hi everyone.
My problem is, i unlocked a LOT of things but the rapier blueprint wont drop. Where do i find it ? Heard it was in the sewers or something but for the love of god i can't find this damn blueprint.

I don't personally remember what drops it, I got it within an hour of starting the game.

Scorpions drop it - they're common in the sewers and ossuary so it's an easy drop to get.
