I can confirm these do not disable achievements. After a few legit playthroughs. These make getting those last achievements a lot easier. Or if you just want to get yourself set up with a bad ass vault to check out all those quests.

Ha... You should also mention to disable that Steam 'Cloud Sync' feature for the game... cuz it'll corrupt your game save and more likely to do so if you're modifying the save. Then, adding that in, package it up as a nice little quick guide for the 'Guides' section. Here, it'll get buried so deep, nobody will find it again... unless they actually use steams forum 'search' function. Seems like hardly anyone does... based on how many post the same things over again asking the same questions. Oh, and you should throw in a link to the online editor... one you drop your save into the web browser. Mainly just cuz it has a few functions the other one don't... if I remember right.
