Odd question about Internet Connection
I know there are those daily and weekly quests, progress reports, and a shop. If I didn't have ANY internet connection could I still log onto this and have everything run just fine without the online shop element? I am guessing the answer would be yes but I have no idea.

Anyone know?

Sure. Just put Steam into 'Offline' mode. Restart steam. It should ask if you want to go online or keep it in Offline mode. Choose Offline ofc. Now you know you are in offline mode and you could disconnect from the Internet at that point. Now you can play all your games through steam even though you have no Internet. This game already has all it's quests and such coded into the game. It's not actually looking up and grabbing any content off Bethesda's website. And, the purchase options in the game are actually purchasing through Steam cuz Bethesda dropped it in Steams lap to wash their hands of the PC version. So, yeah... you can't make those purchases but, those were pretty useless anyway--not missing much. Happy Gaming!

Edit: Also, forgot to mention... while you're in steam library online, right click the game, choose properties and disable that Cloud sync feature. You should do this for any game you want to play in 'offline' mode. Otherwise steam can get stuck in a loop trying to update the cloud saves even though you're in offline mode. Besides, that feature is known to corrupt saves for this game... and many others.

Thanks but that's not what I was asking. Some games require an internet connection eve if they are 'offline' or single player. No internet would be like middle of the desert on a lap top xD

Except, that is exactly what I answered. So long as you have put Steam into 'Offline' mode, you can play most any steam game without having any internet connection. I do it all the time with most all my games. Most these game clients will need to have a connection established initially and then be put into 'Offline' mode in order to work correctly afterwards--without an internet connection. And, games always need to connect online on their first initial installation and run in order to be verified (for piracy checks) but, should run fine after that without Internet. The exception of course is Multi-player and online MMO's... games that actually are stored on an online server. This is not one of those.
