As far as I know, Steam's PC version has never been updated and most likely never will be.

A different company made the oblivion remake, so dont give them credit for that. That was 100% a Phil Spencer decision

Version 1.13.13 came out sometime in 2018 or so, been way to long since I played this and just now getting back into it.
