Child SPECIAL Pets
I have 2 pets that increase child SPECIAL Stats: +1 & +3.
Should these be equipped on a female before breeding? Or before giving birth(when I see the baby icon)?

You can freely breed as many babies as you want with no pets equipped then equip the + special pet before clicking to give birth, Just be careful to click low on the dweller's body to target her to avoid accidentally clicking the baby icon before you're ready. If you're really worried, you can use the dweller list to target her instead of clicking directly on her. You might have to use her room's dweller list to see exactly what her name is to find her in the looong vault wide dweller list that lets you target.

You can also equip a twins pet to your pregnant dweller any time before the baby icon appears then, after the icon appears and she's ready to give birth, switch out the twins pet for a + special pet to give birth to twins, both with the boosted special stats.

Supposedly, as long as they are equipped BEFORE they give birth, it should take affect. I always just plan it before I even have them breed... they already have pet equipped. So, I can't personally confirm it. But, that's what people have said here in the forum.

Well, that's an interesting trick! Wouldn't have tried this if you hadn't mentioned it here. Hmm...
