I want to find a way to chat and unlock every room in fallout shelter But Every cheat guide is too vague Please Tell me How to do it My vault is suffering

Go to 'Nexus' (on the web) and create an account--if you don't already have one. Then look for Fallout Shelter Mods. There's a mod package you can install which has an option to unlock all rooms. You access the mod options by going to the 'Credits' screen (from main menu) of the game. In the upper left corner will be an option to 'Show / Hide' mod options.

Does the button Look like an arrow pointing left? If not please tell me what it looks like

So, the big arrow in left upper quadrant is just the 'Back' arrow. You want to be in the screen that shows the gear icon and click it, then click the 'Credits' button in lower right quadrant, then click the 'Show mod settings' way up in upper left corner. Should look similar to these screenshots;
