Where is Lucy?

Will we be able to play with Lucy and the other new characters from the show? I know you can on the phone app, but I was hoping this would extend to PC.
Maybe mines not updating because im using mods? Anyone else get the new character quests or any of the characters from the show?

short answer is NO

the PC version was abandoned years ago. and with how easy it is to cheat stuff into the game, there is no monetary incentive to bother adding new content to the PC version.

it is also realy easy to cheat on mobile, I managed to put my steam save on my phone

You can either move it to Fallout Shelter mobile folder, or you can install an Android Emulator on PC, move your files there and play it on PC.
However, it doesn't run so smoothly over emulator, you need to get used to the commands (WASD need to be set-up, mouse middle scroll is not intuitive as on PC and so on...)

If you want to play fallout shelter from the mobile you can download Google play games beta and just play normally

As a PC player i dont think we deserve the updates mobile and consoles get because as our Overlords they deserve better.

My Fallout 4 is broken at the moment because the game makers are like "here is an update that will almost certainly break your game, deal with it", so i thought to see whats going on with Fallout Shelter and i seen this topic and see PC is getting shafted again.

You can install Bluestacks (Android emulator) and then a special file explorer for android (can't remember the name now). You can then move your save game files to your Android and open them in the updated version of Fallout Shelter. NOTE: you can open old PC saves on Android, but you CANNOT switch them back to PC then, the version will be wrong.

Save game from Android to PC version doesn't work. Only from PC to Android (when it's converted to the new version then).
