So I did all of the stages of the quest but the last one wants me to use a outfit that I can only get after I complete the mission? I haven't unlocked the baseball uniform anywhere and I cant find it either. I cant complete that quest is there any help?

Actually, during the stages of this quest series, you should have obtained some baseball jersey's as loot. Is it possible you mistakenly (or intentionally) sold off all the loot when letting them back in the vault? Should also have gotten the baseball jersey outfit recipe during one of them quests. But, you need your outfit workshop leveled up in order to craft it. I believe it's just the first level up....tier 2. Tier 3 is for crafting 'Legendary' outfits and I think baseball jersey is 'Rare' outfit if memory serves.

If all else fails dwellers with high charisma sent out on wasteland exploration that find missions in the wild can often find friendlies in those side missions. I found 2 dwellers in baseball uniforms that way before I ever started on the Rackie Jobinson quest line.
