But I also like to have 3-5 agility, simply because if that dweller finds a location to explore while leveling in the wasteland, 1-2 Agility makes combat feel like slow torture ;)
For example, I start off training 3 guys / gals to raise all their stats because they will be my quest runners. As my vault grows, I'll train an additional 3 and later another 3 because you can have up to 3 quests going at once....for a total 9 dwellers needed for questing. The rest of the dwellers in the vault initially get trained up a bit on endurance and either agility, perception, or intelligence--depending which production room I'll assign them. And, even that....I start off with a 3 and 3 in the two stats. As I gain more dwellers, I'll cycle them in / out of training to further increase the two stats but, it's not a priority for me. The main priority is for dwellers you'll be sending out of the vault.
*Note: For vault invasion, endurance will matter (or HP's will matter technically) so, it's good to build them up for better resilience against attacks. But, unless you're playing hardcore mode, it's not 'crucial' to max them.
