Save files are kept in your user folder in the hidden system folder known as 'AppData.' Specifically, under .......\AppData\Local\Fallout Shelter. In there will be your vault saves with a backup copy for each vault. So, for Vault 1 there will be a Vault 1 save backup file. You can delete the regular 'Vault1.sav' file then edit the name of the backup file and remove the .bkp from end of file name. Repeat this for each vault. Your vaults should load up after that.

However, if you have steams' 'cloud save' feature enabled for this game, it can / will corrupt save files in MANY games....including this one....especially if / when you have a game crash. I highly recommend people to stop using that feature and just make manual backup copies of their 'important' game saves periodically. And, in this case, you'll need to disable that feature before doing any deletion / renaming of your vault saves. Otherwise, steam will immediately overwrite them when you try and launch the game.
Just heppened to me how to fix this ? Cloud feature enabled. Any help ?

All you can really do is follow the guidance I previously posted. First things first, DISABLE that stinky 'Cloud' save feature for this game. Or, do like me and disable it completely in the steam settings. It's a nice concept but, too often it'll ruin some games saves and I don't care to try an keep track of which games it works well with and which it doesn't. But, that's up to you ofc.

Other than that, you could try submitting a bug report to steam about it. Might even be able to get re-compensated for lunchboxes if you had purchased any through steam.
