linking my phone and PC

I wanna play the game on the phone when I leave home, and play on the PC when I get home. how can I have the game self sync the two vaults,?
read many answers but all require that I download files and such, I want it an easy solution.

Only way I can think of that 'might' work would be using the steam cloud save feature. Then it would synchronize between devices. Of course, that's only if your phone were accessing it through steam....which I kind of doubt but, I honestly don't know cuz I'm old fashioned and don't use a phone for games...never have / never will. Otherwise, your stuck with doing it manually all the time as you'd already discovered. If that's the case, why not just stick with having two different games going. Phone being a different game from one you play on pc? Kind of like having 'Phone vault' and 'PC vault' as two separate vault games.

steam and android version numbers are different, i wouldnt recommend doing it
