Unlocking all ( or at least more ) more weapons/outfit blueprints?

Does anybody know if there's a point where you find more weapons/outfit blueprints? I have a game that's been going on for a while now and for the last six months or so and all I'm getting are duplicates. Same for dwellers. ( I have 3 Pipers.)

Is there anything left locked when you try to craft weapons and armour? If not, you have them all.

So, if you click the 'Pip-Boy' (bottom right corner) and then select the 'Survival Guide' (book icon) you can see a list of weapons, outfits, etc.... and it'll show up in top of it's window you've discovered X / (out of) 182 wpns......same for outifts. If it says you have 182 / 182, then you've discovered them all. Ofc, you may not have actually unlocked the crafting recipe....just found them all. But, you can go to craft a weapon in workshop and scroll through list to see if there's still some without a known recipe.
*Note, you'll have had to upgraded your crafting room a couple times to unlock the higher tier weapon categories......final one being "legendary' weapons. Same is done for crafting outfits.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I have unlocked all items "Discovered."
Weapons 142/182, Outfits 123/136, Dwellers 8/23.
I haven't found a new outfit since Christmas, or a weapons since around Halloween.

There will probably be some specialty items related to holidays that will only be available during the holidays. Those might be ones you haven't discovered. Have to wonder if that will be a thing anymore though......since Bethesda shut down their launcher. There's also special people you can get for your vault and they have special outfits and weapons (usually with their name on them) which is probably accounting for a bunch you've not discovered. You get them from the lunchboxes and / or wasteland quests.

some outfits are only getable when you get the Legend that wears it, Piper is one example i think.
