but I got mine from the Google store and it's not a Multiplayer game not sure how specific you can be

Just create a Google gmail /playstore account and set your language / country in Japan (warning : one year cooldown).
Download FS:Online (.apk file download) then install on Bluestacks .
Register with said account into game, play.

It's a heavy P2W gacha game (à la Diablo Immortal), not a Fallout Shelter sequel.
