Crashing when trying to load vault

Ive had a few minor crashes before, but now im 60 hours in and i cant even load my vault before it crashes. It was running fine, crashed, it took me to a folder with a crash file which i closed out of, and now i cant load my vault at all

try validating the game files, maybe one got corrupt.

in your library, right-click the game title and select "properties". then click "local files". then select "verify integrity of game files"

Restarting, validating and reinstall didn't work.
Fix worked as a charm and is super easy to do.

R-click the game in your steam library, choose 'properties' and un-check the box for 'Cloud sync'...... Voila! Not using steam cloud save feature. Or, you could go a step further and open your steam settings. Then disable Steam cloud save feature all together......like I've done....because it corrupts game saves for various games.
